WSC House League Registration Information

We are pleased to announce that we have opened up registration
for players up to 19 years old (born 1998)

 $145 per player ages 4-6

 $170 per player ages 7-10

 $185 per player ages 11-19

**Family rate: $40 savings per player (after 1st 2) for 3 or more
**Immediate family members only and must reside at same residence (proof maybe requested)



Only method of being able to register:

 1. Online Registration 

Through the comfort of sitting at home or at work you can register using our Online registration method.  You are required to have your own email address to use this method.  If you did this years ago, you may need your old email address to access if your current email is not recognized.  You can then proceed to edit your profile and input your preferred email address for club contact.

At the end of the Online process, you will have a choice to make, pay ONLINE with Visa or Master Card ONLY

 2. In Person Registration 

For families wishing to register in person please visit our office during office hours.
Office Hours are posted monthly on the front page of our website, as well as available on our answering service.

Our new office location is: 1501 Howard Avenue, Unit 202. 
(Corner of Howard and Shepherd)

Payment for in person registration can be made by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or Mastercard.

REFUND POLICY:  There are NO refunds upon registration







APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2017 SEASON WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 4TH, 2017.  Applicants must be in attendance ... no applications will be accepted by mail, drop off, or electronically.

Office Hours Saturday February 4th 10:00am to 2pm, or until funding is exhausted.  FUNDING FOR 2017 IS EXHAUSTED.

As funding is limited, you must be present to complete our copy of the subsidy funding paperwork, to process your application.

Cost for subsidized registration is $75.00 per player and is due at time of registration on February 4th.

There have been changes with the requirements for the funding organizations.

The “National Child Benefit Supplement” is no longer accepted as eligibility to our funding organizations.

Eligibility is now based on the family falling on or beneath a specified income level. 
A photocopy of one of the following documents must be provided for consideration of qualification with these programs.
1.  The most current (2015) Canada Child Benefit Notice (which clearly states family net income as well as the eligible child's name).
2.  The most current (2015) Ontario Child Benefit Notice (which clearly states the family's net income as well as the eligible child's name).

Without this documentation, payment and the WSC Soccer Registration form, we will be unable to process your request for subsidy funding.
